Patriot Political Consulting LLC was founded in 2024 to help competitive local campaigns compete and win. The firm provides hands-on research, strategic planning, and operational support to campaigns, nonprofits, and community organizations across Pennsylvania.
The firm's roots run deep in Pennsylvania politics. Patriot's team has helped flip a State Senate seat that hadn't changed hands since 1996, built a citywide campaign operation for a Philadelphia District Attorney race on a budget under $80,000, and supported PA House campaigns in Districts 160, 137, and 166.
From field planning and social media to full campaign websites and precinct-level mapping, Patriot Political Consulting brings the same hands-on approach to every race — because competitive local elections deserve a team that shows up.

Andy Smith
Founder & President
Andy Smith serves as the Regional Director for Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery Counties for the Pennsylvania House Republican Campaign Committee, overseeing 24 State House campaigns across the region. He develops, implements, and leads field operations, campaign infrastructure, and communications. He previously served as Executive Assistant on Joe Picozzi's campaign for State Senate, and as Co-Campaign Manager for Pat Dugan for Philadelphia District Attorney. He also has experience running small businesses developing business plans, logistical management, and financial recording. He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Political Science.

Nolan Russo
Vice President
Nolan Russo serves as Lehigh Valley Field Director for the Pennsylvania House Republican Campaign Committee, where he oversees campaign operations, grassroots strategy, and voter engagement efforts for more than 20 Pennsylvania House campaigns across the Lehigh Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania. He leads field operations, volunteer recruitment, coalition building, campaign communications, and data driven outreach to support Republican candidates in some of the Commonwealth's most competitive legislative races. Nolan also serves as Vice Chairman of the Lehigh Valley Young Republicans, where he helps advance conservative leadership and grassroots engagement throughout the region. Previously, he served as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and held marketing and communications positions with Fig Lehigh Valley and Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites. He is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in History.
